As the Friends of Fort DuPont continue to grow and evolve, strong leadership is essential to guiding our vision, ensuring community impact, and stewarding this historic site with care. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the addition of three exceptional new members to our Board of Directors: Kelli Racca, Tom Shea, and Jordan Resh.
Each brings valuable expertise, diverse perspectives, and a deep commitment to Fort DuPont’s mission.
Kelli Racca has long been active in community development and historic preservation, bringing with her a talent for outreach and a passion for place-making. Her background in public service and grassroots organizing will help strengthen our connection with local stakeholders and neighborhoods.
Tom Shea offers a wealth of experience in strategic planning and infrastructure projects, with a deep appreciation for the intersection of history, land use, and sustainable development. His pragmatic insight is already proving invaluable in ongoing discussions about site restoration and future programming.
Jordan Resh represents the next generation of nonprofit leadership. With a background in youth engagement, volunteer coordination, and digital outreach, Jordan brings creative thinking and boundless enthusiasm—particularly in shaping programs that connect younger audiences to Fort DuPont’s legacy.
Together, these three new board members expand the capacity of the Friends of Fort DuPont to deliver on our goals: preserving our past, enriching our present, and building toward an inclusive and vibrant future.
Please join us in welcoming Kelli, Tom, and Jordan to the team. We’re excited for what’s ahead.
