The Friends of Fort DuPont Board of Directors is comprised of highly qualified individuals from a variety of backgrounds who all share the goals of the organization.

Kelli Racca
President
Kelli Racca is an architect and VP at Bancroft Construction, leading preconstruction and business development. She has delivered impactful projects in education, research, and community spaces.

Michael Lutz
Treasurer
Michael, a resident of Fort DuPont, is employed as the VP of Avalere Health supporting clients serving members in numerous health programs.

Laura Lee
Board Member
Laura’s interest in Fort DuPont has been ongoing for many years. She currently serves as Superintendent, managing the 3,800 acres of White Clay Creek State Park.

Corinth "Corrie" Ford
Board Member
Corrie currently serves as Councilwoman for District 2 of the City of Newark. She is President of Reedy Point Players and can be seen on stage in many of their shows.

Jane Graci
Board Member
Jane serves as a Senior Business Administrator at the University of Delaware. Her and her husband, Mike, are residents of the Canal District on the Fort DuPont campus.

Terry McGovern
Board Member
Terry was Chairman of the US-based Coast Defense Study Group and continues to be a long-term officer. He is also the author of numerous publications on fortifications.

Winvenia "Winn" Graham
Board Member
Winn is not only the esteemed sole proprietor of Enlightened Elements Spa in Delaware City, but also is a distinguished graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork.

Tom Shea
Board Member
Tom is an accomplished senior-level executive with over 50 years of experience in successful strategic and tactical leadership. Tom has excelled on capital fundraising throughout his career.

Jordan Resh
Board Member
Jordan serves as the Engagement and Operations Coordinator at the Delaware Arts Alliance. She brings experience in strategic planning, public relations, and fundraising.

Tim Slavin
Ex-Officio Board Member
Tim is the Executive Director of the Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation Corporation (FDRPC) since July 2022. He has decades of experience in historic preservation.
