DESCRIPTION:Fort Folk Fest opens its second season with Tal Naccarato\, a composer\, songwriter\, teaching artist\, and multi-instrumentalist whose work draws from folk\, Americana\, roots blues\, and classical guitar traditions. Born in Italy and raised in Brooklyn\, Naccarato brings a rich\, expressive style that makes for a strong and distinctive start to this year’s series. Fort Folk Fest is presented by the Friends of Fort DuPont in partnership with Delaware Friends of Folk. \nThis program is supported in part\, by a grant from the Delaware Division of the Arts\, A state agency\, in partnership with the National Endowment for the Arts.
